1. What is the rental duration for props?

All props are rented on a 24-hour basis.
The rental starts from the time of pickup or delivery and must be returned within the same time window the next day.

Example: If collected at 2:00 PM, it must be returned by 2:00 PM the next day.


2. What happens if I return the props late?

Late returns are charged based on delay duration:

  • 0–2 hours: Grace period (no charge, with prior intimation)
  • 2–6 hours: 50% of rental value
  • 6–12 hours: 75% of rental value
  • 12–24 hours: Full day rental charge
  • Beyond 24 hours: Multiple day charges apply

3. Why is timely return important?

Props are often pre-booked for other clients. Delays can:

  • Disrupt scheduled shoots
  • Cause inconvenience to other creatives
  • Result in loss of business opportunities
  • Impact preparation and cleaning time for next rentals

4. Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit (INR) is required for every prop.
It is refunded after inspection, provided the item is returned:

  • On time
  • In good condition
  • Without damage or loss

5. What is considered damage to a prop?

Damage includes:

Ceramics: cracks, chips, stains, breakage
Wood: scratches, burns, stains, warping
Fabrics: stains, tears, burns, permanent marks

Severe damage or loss may result in full deposit forfeiture and additional charges.


6. What happens if a prop is lost or not returned?

In case of:

  • Loss of product
  • Non-return
  • Total damage or unusable condition

The full security deposit will be forfeited
Additional recovery charges may apply if required


7. Can I send someone else to collect the props?

Yes, you can send a representative (Uber, Dunzo, pickup partner, etc.), but:

  • We are not responsible for selection errors or mismatches
  • Full rental + deposit must be paid in advance online
  • Once handed over, the client is fully responsible for the props

We strongly recommend personal pickup for better clarity on size, quality, and suitability.


8. Can props be taken outside Pune?

Yes, props can be taken to another city only if returned within the 24-hour rental window.
Advance intimation is required for outstation or outdoor shoots.


9. Can I extend the rental duration?

Yes, extension is possible only if:

  • You inform in advance
  • The prop is not booked for another client

Otherwise, timely return is mandatory.


10. What is the advance booking policy?

  • Bookings can be made up to one week in advance
  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking
  • Remaining 50% is payable at pickup

11. What is the cancellation policy?

For advance bookings:

  • 100% refund: 10+ days before shoot
  • 75% refund: 7–9 days before shoot
  • 50% refund: 5–6 days before shoot
  • No refund: Less than 5 days before shoot

12. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed once only, in genuine cases such as health issues or emergencies.

  • Subject to availability of the same props
  • If unavailable, alternative dates will be provided

13. Do I need an appointment to visit the studio?

Yes. All studio visits, pickups, and returns are strictly by appointment only.


14. What should I keep in mind for safe usage?

  • Handle props with care
  • Avoid food stains, spills, or damage
  • Clean usage is essential for fabric and wooden props
  • Report any issue immediately
